We want you to be happy with GameTimeAi. If you're not, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — applies to both subscriptions and one-off credit purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and sign in with the same email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at gametimeai@swedetime.com and we'll help you initiate the refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within a few business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Consumed credits
Purchased AI credits that have already been used cannot be refunded. Unused credits are refunded at full value within the 30-day window.
Subscriptions after 30 days
After 30 days you can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period and then move to the Free plan. No refund is issued for the current period after the 30-day window.
